A slower paced, gentle Yoga practice, using a chair as a prop!
A focus on joint mobility, injury recovery and prevention, building balance, increasing flexibility and releasing tension. We practice mindfulness through breathing exercises and guided relaxation, designed to decrease stress, anxiety and improve sleep.
Each week will begin seated, with invitations to explore standing based poses occasionally. Everything is optional, you are always encouraged to find what feels good.
After some gentle movement we will finish up with
a cup of tea, and space to connect and chat.
Suitable for all fitness levels, genders, ages and abilities.
